Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. We average 15 emails daily.

• Assist customers with product information and pricing.Complete small jobs while the customer waits.

• Create jobs and estimates with Printsmith Vision, our print management system.

• Complete sales transactions with QuickBooks.

• Ensure jobs are print-ready by comparing the customer's file to their requested specifications and making minor adjustments as necessary with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

• Impose print-ready files for digital printing.Contact the customer when their order is ready.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Understanding of the print industry.

• Ability to understand and learn Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and co-workers.

• Excellent phone etiquette.

• Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.

• Positive attitude toward people and situations.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

• Experience with a cash register​.

• At least five years experience working in customer service.

• We are an incredibly fast paced company with tight turnaround times.
